Chocolate has been around for centuries. The Mayans had used cocoa beans as their currency and even worshiped a cocoa god. We, modern-days people, love chocolate because it’s a delish sweet treat, a mood-lifter and a perfect guilt-free snack!
Containing minerals and antioxidants such as flanovoids, chocolate (without sugar) helps improving skin complexion, reducing stress level, promoting blood circulation, preventing aging and fighting against free radicals.
However, chocolate eggs are not the only treats for you this Easter! We’ve whipped 3 great chocolate recipes for your skin and health without the sugar: one for your face, one for your bod and one for your tummy.
