Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-day Happiness Guarantee

We're committed to bringing you the highest quality natural skincare for your skin, but we understand that skincare needs differ from person to person. In the event that you're not 100% happy with your Be Fraîche product, our Happiness Guarantee will grant you a full refund on your first purchase of any of our products.

Our Happiness Guarantee is eligible for:

  • First time purchase of any of our full-size products.
  • First time purchase of any of our Starter Sets.
  • Orders within the designated time frame (within 30 days from receiving the products).

Terms & Conditions:

We will refund the full cost of the purchase price of the returned products when the below conditions are met:

  • Returned products must be in reasonable used condition. They must be packaged securely before posting, and not arrive broken, leaking or damaged.
  • Returned products must NOT be empty.
  • Returned products should have at least 80% of the net weight remaining for full-sized products, and 50% of the net weight remaining for Starter Sets.

How it works:

  • Shoot us an email to hello@befraiche.com within 30 days from receiving the products, to notify us of your intention to return.
  • Arrange to mail us the products along with your order number. Email Be Fraîche the tracking number of this parcel. Once your products have arrived safely at our warehouse and passed their returns inspection, your refund will be issued accordingly.

For change of mind, incorrect orders or faulty products, please follow the steps listed in our 14-day Return & Refund policy.

Returns & refunds for change of mind, faulty or incorrect products

If you are sent the wrong product, or if a product you receive is faulty and/or damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. We are also able to provide a refund or store credit if you have a change of mind, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items are returned to us in original condition – sealed and unopened

How it works:

Should you meet the criteria above, please follow these steps to begin the return/refund process:

  • Shoot us an email to hello@befraiche.com with your order number so we can help resolve any issues within 14 days of delivery.
  • Arrange to mail us the products (that must be sealed & unopened) along with your order number. Email Be Fraîche the tracking number of this parcel. Once your products have arrived safely at our warehouse and passed their returns inspection, your refund will be issued accordingly.
