All orders placed prior to 3pm on a business day will be processed the same day. We use Australia Post & Sendle to send your orders. Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days within Australia, and 3-7 business days to New Zealand.
For other parts of the world, it’ll take up to 10-20 business days.
We currently ship anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, and worldwide. Take a look at our shipping options:

- For domestic order under $60:
- Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia: $9.90
- Express post to anywhere in Australia: $12.90
- New Zealand - anywhere in New Zealand: $15.90
- Worldwide (for order under 2 kilograms only) - $24.90
If you live in other parts of the world and order more than 2kgs, please contact us at email@example.com for shipping charges, as the shipping cost depends on weight and location.
Yes, you can, as long as you email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours and our Customer Happiness Champion will take care of it for you.
You’ve gotta be quick! Because once the order has been packed and dispatched, we can’t cancel it for you. Let us know within 24 hours and we can certainly help. In case our packing champions are faster than you type your email, you can still return it upon receiving, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
