How long until I receive my order?

All orders placed prior to 3pm on a business day will be processed the same day. We use Australia Post to send your orders. Typically, delivery takes 2-5 business days within Australia, and 3-7 business days to New Zealand.

For other parts of the world, it’ll take up to 10-15 business days.

Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

We currently ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand. Take a look at our shipping options:

Free shipping - for orders over $50 in Australia: FREE

Standard shipping - anywhere in Australia: $7.90

Express shipping - send it quick in Australia: $12.50

New Zealand - anywhere in New Zealand: $12.50

If you live in other parts of the world, please contact us at hello@befraiche.com for shipping charges, as the shipping cost depends on weight and location.

I have made a mistake in my order, can I change it?

Yes, you can, as long as you email us at hello@befraiche.com before 3pm on the same day, or before 3pm the next day if you placed the order after our cut-off time.

I have placed an order, is it possible to cancel it?

You’ve gotta be quick! You can only cancel the order before 3pm on the same day. Once the order has been packed and dispatched, we can’t cancel it for you. However, if you wish to return it upon receiving, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

How can I pay?

Online payment has made life so much simpler. We accept payment via PayPal or credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Happy shopping!
