For domestic order under $80:

  • Standard shipping to anywhere in Australia: $9.90
  • Express post to anywhere in Australia: $12.90

New Zealand - anywhere in New Zealand (up to 2 kgs): $16.90

Worldwide (up to 2 kgs) - $25.90

If you live in other parts of the world and order more than 2kgs, please contact us at hello@befraiche.com for shipping charges, as the shipping cost depends on weight and location.

Yes, you can, as long as you email us at hello@befraiche.com within 24 hours and our Customer Happiness Champion will take care of it for you.

You’ve gotta be quick! Because once the order has been packed and
dispatched, we can’t cancel it for you. Let us know within 24 hours and
we can certainly help. In case our packing champions are faster than you
type your email, you can still return it upon receiving, please refer
to our Return & Refund Policy.
